Return Policy

Time Frame
We offer a 21-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
Condition of the Product
All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria or are returned after the 21-day return period. We also reserve the right to limit or deny refunds or exchanges for items that are returned in a condition that indicates they have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Hygiene Policy
In terms of our Hygiene Policy, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or activewear that has been worn or used, unless there is a defect in the product. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our orders department at orders@jqiwear.com for assistance.
Exchange
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please initiate a return for the item you no longer want and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Custom or special orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
We will cover the return shipping fees of accepted returns. If you need to return an item, please contact our orders department at orders@jqiwear.com to request a return shipping label.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. However, this is not eligible for refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
